The Parish Council is happy to announce the installation of the new multi-play unit - The Galahad - in the playing field.

We're so grateful to all those in the community that gave their time so generously to raise money towards the purchase of this play equipment which will be such a popular replacement for its much-loved predecessor.

Particular thanks go to:

  • The Jubilee Committee for their generous donation
  • The Open Gardens project raised money specifically for this project
  • A Cake Stall also raised money specifically for this project
  • We had a National Lottery funded grant from Awards for All
  • Parish Councillors voted to provide funding from the 2022-23 precept towards the project.

Special thanks go to the Parish Clerk for her efforts over many months of coordinating the fund raising and the purchase and installation of the new play equipment.
