Bradford Abbas History Society

We are a friendly group of people who are particularly interested in the history of Bradford Abbas, its inhabitants, buildings and archaeology.

The society has two meetings each month on the last Tuesday afternoon or the last Thursday evening of the month (except August & December) with invited speakers at our seven meetings in the Village Hall and local summer trips for three meetings.

Meetings are held in the Bradford Abbas Village Hall at 14:30hr for the afternoon meetings and 19.30hr for the evening meetings.

Membership is great value and entitles members to attend all talks free-of-charge. Visits  charged at cost price to cover the the entry fees etc.

Annual subscription is £10 (2023)

Visitors are also welcome to attend our talks for the sum of £2 per meeting. Under 16's, you are free.

Contact our Hon. Secretary Richard Hann. Tel: 01935 477410 or Tony White our Chairman 01935 424441
