- To discuss the correspondence received concerning the Pennant Committee
The Clerk received an email from the remaining Pennant Committee member concerning donations the committee received in the past to cover printing and expenses for the Pennant and as there is no longer a Pennant Committee, they requested the money was held in the Parish Council accounts as a continency or dispersed to local charities and clubs. After careful consideration it was resolved the Parish Council will take on the approximate £1,400 for a contingency/ printing costs only.
Currently the Pennant does not have any outgoing costs. It is edited and distributed by kind volunteers. The printing costs are generously donated by Mrs A Haynes. The Parish Council is very grateful for all those involved.
The Clerk will contact the Pennant Committee Member and arrange for the funds to be deposited in the Business Bank Instant account. Action: Clerk
