In Attendance: Mrs T Chapman (Clerk) and District Cllr M Lawrence. 

Cllr D Hayward noted Cllr T Hunt is expected to arrive at 7:30pm.

The members of the public did not wish to speak during the meeting.

Cllr D Hayward noted one of the members of the public wish to speak concerning the application WD/D/15/002498 and could only do so with the permission of the Councillors in attendance.
