6. To consider any Planning Applications and decisions
   1. P/FUL/2024/04791 Station 3 No. holiday lodges, install a package treatment plant & associated works – Saxon Maybank East Farm Grain Mills, DT9 6JN No decision
   2. P/HOU/2024/06236 Old Post Office House, Church Road, DT9 6RF – Removal of redundant shop front to south elevation and replace with traditional casement style window with associated stonework – No decision
   3. P/HOU/2025/01030 Mill Farm Church Road junction to Clifton Road Junction DT9 5RE – Erect single storey extension and enclose roof over side yard to create boot room and link.

14.  The next meeting will be the Annual Parish Meeting on Tuesday 1st April 2025 in Bradford Dabbas Village Hall at 7.00pm. The next Parish Council will be held on Tuesday May 6th in Bradford Abbas Village Hall at 7.00pm, this will be the Annual Meeting of the Council, followed by an Ordinary Council Meeting.
